Definitions

For the purposes of this agreement and the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use that follow, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

Section 1

End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This agreement tells you your rights and Osboon's rights when working with Osboon. By creating an account or using any part of the Osboon platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this EULA.

1

Grant of License

Osboon grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for your own business or personal purposes, in accordance with this agreement. You may not sublicense, resell, or otherwise transfer your access rights to any third party without prior written consent from Osboon.

2

Free Services Commitment

When Osboon announces a certain service or feature as free, that service will remain free. Osboon commits to honouring its free-tier promises — any future change to a free service will be communicated with reasonable advance notice, and existing users will be offered fair transition options.

3

Changes to This EULA

Osboon reserves the right to modify or update this End-User License Agreement at any time as the platform evolves and legal or operational requirements change.

In the event of any such changes, Osboon will make every reasonable effort to notify users as early as possible through available communication channels — including in-platform notifications, email, and any other channels established — so that you have adequate time to review the new terms before they take effect.

4

User Responsibilities

By using Osboon, you take full responsibility for the content, services, and products you offer or represent through the platform. Specifically:

  • Legality of Content — All information, services, and products you provide or list on Osboon must comply with the laws of your jurisdiction. Osboon does not verify the legality of user-provided content and cannot be held liable for any content that violates applicable laws or regulations.
  • Age & Legal Capacity — By creating an account, you confirm that you are of legal working age in your country. If you are managing content on behalf of a minor, the account must be registered and maintained under the name of a parent or legal guardian.
5

Account Security

Your account is your responsibility. By registering on Osboon, you agree to:

  • Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with any third party.
  • Notify Osboon promptly if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

We take your security seriously — but we can only do our part if you do yours. Osboon is not responsible for issues arising from credentials that have been shared or compromised.

6

Fair Use & Community Standards

Osboon is built on trust and respect. By using the platform, you agree not to:

  • Impersonate any individual, business, or organisation, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation in any way.
  • Harass, threaten, or harm other Osboonis or visitors in any form.
  • Disrupt or interfere with the platform's functionality, security, or infrastructure, including any attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of Osboon.
  • Post false, misleading, or deceptive content, listings, or information.
  • Use the platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

Osboon reserves the right to suspend accounts found in violation of these standards.

Section 2

Privacy Policy

Your data belongs to you. Osboon is built on a foundation of trust, and we treat your data with the highest level of respect and confidentiality.

1

Data Ownership & Third-Party Sharing

All data that you create, upload, or generate within Osboon remains your own property. Osboon does not share, sell, transfer, or disclose your personal or business data to any third party without your explicit, informed, and voluntary consent, except where required by applicable law.

This commitment applies to all forms of your data — including account details, company records, documents, communications, and any other content you store on the platform.

2

Statistical Use of Data

Osboon may use aggregated, anonymised data for statistics and learning. Any such use will be conducted in a manner that cannot be used to identify, track, or associate any individual user with any third party.

We firmly do not participate in user data brokerage of any kind.

3

Data Security & Transparency

Your trust is our priority. Should any security incident ever affect your data, Osboon commits to:

  • Notify you promptly through available channels — including email and in-platform notifications — as soon as the incident is discovered and confirmed.
  • Be transparent about what happened, which data was affected, and the steps Osboon is taking to contain and resolve the situation.
  • Act immediately to investigate, contain, and address the incident, and to prevent recurrence.

We will never delay or obscure a security notification. You deserve to know.

Section 3

Terms of Use (Visitors)

These terms govern the use of the Osboon platform by unregistered visitors. By accessing any public part of Osboon, visitors agree to the following:

1

Acceptable Use

Visitors may browse and interact with public content on Osboon for lawful purposes only. Scraping, automated access, reverse engineering, or any use intended to harm the platform or its users is strictly prohibited.

2

Intellectual Property

Osboon's branding, design, and code are the exclusive property of Osboon and may not be reproduced or claimed. Content created and shared by Osboonis may be viewed and shared as permitted by the platform or by the content owner, but may not be misrepresented or falsely attributed.

3

Disclaimer

The platform is provided as-is for visitors. Osboon does not guarantee uninterrupted access or the accuracy of any content visible to visitors.

4

Limitation of Liability

Osboon will always act in good faith, however it cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience resulting from a visitor's use of the public platform.

5

Cookies & Data

Any data passively collected from visitors — such as cookies necessary for the platform to function — is handled with the same respect and care described in our Privacy Policy.
